Cancellation and refund policies
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your service, you have the right to request a refund without justification within 2 days.
When a customer buys a service and is not satisfied for any reason, they will have 2 days to request a cancellation and a full refund of the amount.
After 2 days from the purchase, up to the first 7 days, a refund of up to 75% of the amount of the purchase made may be carried out.
In the case of cancellation of a monthly plan, you must notify it in writing 15 days before the next monthly renewal to email bajas@bigpyx.com indicating your name, surname, telephone number and order reference, so that it will cause the cancellation of the service at the end of the subscription.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period will end after 7 days, from the day you contracted the service, being excluded from the renewal of a plan.
Cancellation notice
To notify about the cancellation of the service, just email us to the email bajas@bigpyx.com indicating your name, surname, telephone number and Order reference, once this is done, we will confirm the data and the refund will be made through the same means of payment with which you made the transaction.
